At Killington Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
